2. Personal data we collect

2.1 Data you provide to us

• Contact form: full name, phone number, company, email, country and the message you write.
• Direct communications: the information you send when you contact us by email or phone.
• Clients and partners: name, job title, email, phone number and the registration and billing data needed to contract and provide our services.

2.2 Data collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, operating system and language.
• Pages visited, date and time of access, time spent, clicks and other interactions with the website.
• Traffic source, such as the referring page and ad campaign parameters.
• Approximate country, identified from your IP address to automatically fill in the country field of the form.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data or data from children and adolescents.

3. How we use your data and on what legal basis

• To respond to inquiries, questions and proposal requests — preliminary procedures related to a contract and legitimate interest (art. 7, V and IX, of the LGPD).
• To provide and manage contracted services, including client communication and billing — performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, V and II).

4. Cookies, pixels and analytics tools

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Pixels are snippets of code that record events, such as a page view. This website uses:

• Necessary and security cookies: used by our hosting provider (Webflow) and by Cloudflare protection, such as the _cfuvid cookie, and by the form's anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile). They are essential for the website to work securely.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC): cookies such as _ga and _ga_*, which generate usage statistics, such as pages visited, browsing time, device and traffic source.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): cookies such as _fbp and browsing events, used to measure the results of ads on Facebook and Instagram and to build ad audiences. Meta processes this data under its own Meta Privacy Policy.

5. Who we share your data with

Striker Marketing does not sell personal data. We share data only when necessary for the purposes of this Policy, with:

• Technology providers that operate the website: Webflow (hosting and form submissions), Cloudflare (security and content delivery), jsDelivr (phone field library) and GeoJS (approximate country identification from the IP address).
• Analytics and advertising tools: Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel).
• Email, storage and customer relationship management providers that we use to respond to and follow up on inquiries.
• Striker Marketing's operations in Brazil (STRIKER MARKETING E COMUNICACAO LTDA) and in the United States (Striker Marketing LLC), to handle your request.
• Public authorities, when required by law, regulation or court order.

These third parties may only use the data to provide the contracted service or, when they act as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies.

6. International data transfers

Some providers (such as Webflow, Google, Meta and Cloudflare) and our operation in the United States store or process data outside Brazil. In these cases, transfers follow article 33 of the LGPD, with providers that adopt appropriate contractual clauses and security measures.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Policy or to meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as tax and accounting obligations. Browsing data follows the retention periods configured in the analytics and advertising tools. You may request the deletion of your data at any time, as described in section 10.

8. How we protect your data

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restrict access to the people who need the data to do their work and use providers that follow recognized security standards. No system is completely immune to failures; if a security incident occurs that may cause relevant risk or harm, we will notify the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and the affected data subjects, as required by article 48 of the LGPD.

9. Your rights as a data subject

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you may request at any time:

• Confirmation that we process your data and access to it.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or of data processed in breach of the LGPD.
• Portability of your data to another provider, in accordance with ANPD regulations.
• Deletion of data processed based on your consent.
• Information about the entities with which we share your data.
• Information about the possibility of not giving consent and the consequences of not doing so.
• Withdrawal of consent.
• Objection to processing carried out on other legal bases, in case of non-compliance with the LGPD.
• Review of decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing.

You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. How to request access, correction or deletion

Send an email to paulo@striker.marketing with the subject "Privacy — LGPD", stating your name, the email or phone number you used with us and what you would like: access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent or another right. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before fulfilling the request.

To stop receiving our emails, use the unsubscribe link included in the messages or write to the same address. This email is the service channel for data subjects and the contact for Striker Marketing's data protection officer.

11. Links to third-party websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites and social networks, such as Instagram and LinkedIn. We do not control these environments and recommend that you read each one's privacy policy.

12. Changes to this Policy
